We are looking at young and Dynamic Self Starter individuals who will be a part of our Business Development Team.

Purpose of the Role:

The person will be responsible for on-boarding and managing of campaigns along with managing new and existing partnerships.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Play an active role to support Business Development Function to ensure the growth of the Start up.
  • On board new NGO's/Corporates/Social Enterprises and help them to create campaigns and identify attractive programs for Fund Raising.
  • Set-up partnership for Online and Offline Events.
  • Identify and get in touch with the potential partners and campaigners.
  • Cold Calling to the potential prospect and thereby generate leads for the same.
  • Identify and give presentation to the existing and new customers.
  • Conduct research, surveys , on-site visit and do competitive analysis.
  • Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators.
  • Organize and attend meetings with NGO's /Non-Profits/Corporates/Social Enterprise to provide guidance to make campaign successful.
  • Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed.
  • Relationship building with the NGO's on board and new NGO's.
  • Retention of the NGO's.
  • Client Servicing.

The candidate will act as an Account Manager/Campaign Manager to the respective NGO's assigned to them. The candidate will guide the NGO throughout their Fundariasing Campaign starting from building campaign for them till the amount received to the NGO's after completion of the Campaign.

An ideal candidate should have

  • Min 1-2 years of work experience in Sales preferably social Sector into Fundraising.
  • Candidate should be self driven and have the ability to deliver numbers.
  • Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.
  • Graduate of any discipline. Preferable MBA or MA in Social Entrepreneurship/Social Work.
  • Prior working in Social Sector as Fundraising Manager will be preferable.
  • Strong written and oral skills.
  • Ability to research on campaigns and work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding and experience in campaigning through internet mobilization, emails, engagement driven activities etc.
  • An aptitude to work with a technology driven set up with a deep understanding of contributor/campaigner analytics.

  • Must have interest, natural flair for writing and be able to deliver content that perfectly works on the online arena.
  • Must be a logical thinker and the thought process must reflect in the writing so that target audiences can find the reason for which they are reading the write up.

  • Do content research from various authority sites online (cross reference check for technical and conceptual authenticity); and bringing out final conclusion to be mentioned in the writing for reader's help.
  • Should have understanding of Keywords, Keyword Placement (density and proximity) - Ability to write suitable and targeted Page Title, Meta Descriptions, Alt Tags etc.
  • Can play with words, must be able to describe similar content in different formats and present in different styles, so that the content does not look similar and sustain readers' interest.
  • Write interesting/appealing product descriptions and ability to create interesting visual pictures through, use of powerful (though not flowery) words in the content.
  • Generate Content which must be holistic and should be complete in all respect. Starting and end should not be abrupt and different than the central idea of the entire write up. Title of the write up and the intro paragraph must be in sync with the rest of the description.
  • Writing should be easy to comprehend and must bear an appeal, so that the reader goes for a probable 'Action'.
  • Must be a self learner, demonstrate high learning curve, and potential to accept and work on the various challenges associated with the job profile.
  • Must be ready to self-review his/her content and able to rectify the errors (if any) before sending for final posting. Should be open to receive and implement suggestions for betterment of the final output.
  • Must have accountability for his/her work.
  • Content must be free from plagiarism, piracy; must not violate Copyright.

  • Articles must be written in a manner that they look very neutral, (If specified, highlight the features and usability of particular Stellar products).
  • Articles must vary in their style and pitching and must not be repetitive over the period of time.

The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for researching, understanding, and communicating the needs of the consumers to the product manager/owner and eventually throughout the entire business. This communication finds its importance especially with the product engineering team who will use it to enhance and improve the product. The Assistant Product Manager works with the Product Team to produce well-written recommendations/document in narrative form, and requires an intimate understanding of the consumer base, what is important to them, and using this knowledge to identify opportunities for the business's product.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Team to define and manage strategic roadmap across all major platforms (Web: both mobile and Desktop)
  • Own the lifecycle of product development from wire-framing to essential building blocks like product requirements and coordinating timelines.
  • Identification of new opportunities, service improvements, and cost reductions
  • Align product launch activities with marketing activities, monitoring and reporting on users reactions, tracking and analysis.
  • Generate detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Product Requirement Document (PRD) based on inputs from all key stakeholders. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction.
  • Work with the Product Team to cover competitor analysis, market analysis, business performance analysis, and other research information in relation to product market fit.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts to deliver habit forming products with a low learning curve. Knowledge of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities that delivers world-class user experience.
  • Focus on Analytics: Identify key success metrics for the product (and features) and ensure that instrumentation has been adequately implemented. Measure the metrics post launch and constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.

    Important Skills*:

  • Organization and attention to detail. We can't stress this enough. You'll create systems that streamline everything across the team. You must be the person who doesn't let the balls drop and can communicate to ensure others don't either.
  • Strong people skills. You'll be working with a lot of team members and customers; some are introverted. You should have a talent for making people feel instantly comfortable, willing to share, and communicate effectively.
  • Independent problem solver. We want someone who's able to tackle difficult problems on their own and proactively looks for new ways to improve Ketto. In other words, ability to create, be mentored, and also effectively use Google.
  • Prioritize efficiently. You'll be juggling a thousand things at once. Be able to recognize which tasks are most important to the company mission and priorities, and get those done.
  • Learn quickly. There are tons of details to learn; behaviour psychology, design trends, UX psychology. You must be able to absorb and retain a lot of facts quickly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration, the equivalent in experience, or related discipline required
  • 1-3 years previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager or related experience
  • Experience in consumer-facing internet products, marketplaces or e-commerce
  • Consumer-centric: strong customer insights and sensibilities, experience building user experience flows that are sticky and users LOVE
  • Data driven decision maker with deep experience leveraging data and analytics
  • Experience writing product requirements and functional requirements for mobile and web products. This includes experience developing wireframes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with market research, consumers behaviour and marketing techniques
  • Experience with creating wireframes and Lo-Fi mock-ups.
